Termite Control Plan

•  Guaranteed to protect against subterranean termites and termite damage
•  Liquid barrier treatment (guaranteed)
•  Installed termite detection and baiting system (guaranteed)
•  Annual inspection for duration of the Termite Control Plan

Pest Control Plan

•  Covers most crawling insect pests: ants, cockroaches, crickets, mice, rats,
    scorpions, spiders, pests in stored products, silverfish, and fleas (optional)
•  Initial inspection of property
•  Initial pest elimination at property
•  Begin preventive exterior service of property
•  Regularly scheduled follow-up treatment
•  On-call service, if needed, between follow-up treatments
