At Hopper Termite and Pest Management that is exactly what we are offering you. Insurance against this structural pest that is such a threat to you, your loved ones and home. With our Termite Protection Contract you will receive:
• Guaranteed protection against subterranean termites and the damage they can cause.
• A guaranteed customized service and treatment plan for your home, which includes 1 or more of the following:
- A guaranteed application of a liquid barrier treatment with Premise® or Termidor®
- A Guaranteed Installation of a termite detection and baiting system
- Peace of mind with an Annual inspection for as long as you wish to renew your contract with us.
A Termite Contract with Hopper Termite and Pest Management guarantees and protects you and your loved ones for one year. If you wish to continue your service with us you can renew your contract on an annual basis at a discounted rate. In the event that termites re-infest your home while under contract with us, we will re-treat your home at no cost to you.
Have a Garage, Utility or Storage Shed that you need protection on?
No problem! We can protect those as well.
Termite contracts are 100% Transferable in the event that you sell your home. This a great selling point for you. Your buyer will have peace of mind that the home has been treated and is protected from future termite damage as long as they choose to renew the contact at the annual discounted rate.

Pest and Rodent Control Plan
At Hopper Termite and Pest Management we make every effort to rid your home of pest and rodents. We want you to feel safe, secure and comfortable in your home, without worrying about these invasive creatures. Hopper Termite and Pest Management offers a variety of pest plans to meet your needs.
Under our Pest Management Service Agreement we can guarantee Ants, Cockroaches, Crickets, Mice, Rats, Scorpions, Spiders and Silverfish. We have 4 different pest management service plans that include treatment of the inside and outside perimeter of your home:
Monthly:
A monthly pest management plan would be ideal for those individuals who have excessive problems. Residences located in dense wooded areas, close to lakes and rivers, or in rugged terrain where spiders, crickets, and scorpions etc… might become more prevalent.
All monthly service plans include free call backs, so not to worry we will get rid of what is bugging you!
Bi-Monthly:
A bi-monthly pest management plan treats your home every other month, and would be ideal for individuals that do not want to spot any critters crawling in or around their home. A bi-monthly service plan will keep a chemical barrier around your property at all times, decreasing your chances of pest problems.
All bi-monthly service plans include free call backs.
Quarterly:
Our quarterly pest management plan is our most popular. A quarterly service plan will typically cover all the needs of our residential clients; a quarterly pest management plan treats your home every 3 months and is ideal for vacation and full time homes. A quarterly service plan will take care of your average pest problems.
All quarterly service plans include free call backs.
Semi-Annual:
Our semi-annual pest management service plan will treat your residence every six months. This is for those who feel the need for some protection, but do not experience an abundance of pest issues. A semi-annual service plan is good for those individuals who want to deter any rodents or occasional pest through out the year.
Semi-Annual service plans do not include free calls backs, because we can not guarantee that the chemical barrier around your house will continue for 6 months.
Note:
Do to mobility of spiders and flying insects we can not guarantee that all of these pests will be gone, although we will make every effort to find and treat your pest infestation, due to the variability of pest activity we can not be responsible for any arthropod bites or stings occurring during the contract period.
