Our Story
Origin Story
Hopper Termite & Pest Management began in 1963 in Mountain Home, Arkansas, when brothers Lynn and Merlin Hopper set out to provide care-driven, reliable pest control. What started as a small family dream quickly became a promise of quality, reliability, and trust. By 1965, Merlin recognized a need for quality service in Heber Springs and opened a second office, expanding the family’s commitment to protecting properties and serving communities. In 1968, Lynn’s twin brother Glenn returned home from Chelan, Washington, and joined Lynn in Mountain Home, strengthening the family team.
By 1990, Glenn and his family moved to Heber Springs and became the sole owner of Hopper Termite & Pest of Heber Springs, carrying forward the Hopper legacy. Today, in its third generation, Hopper Termite & Pest Management continues that tradition with the same dedication to hard work, integrity, and lasting relationships that has defined us for over 60 years.

Leadership Team
Glenn Hopper
CEO
In 1968, Glenn became co-owner of the Mountain Home location alongside his twin brother, Lynn Hopper, and his brother, Merlin Hopper, of Heber Springs. In 1990, he and his family relocated to Heber Springs, where he assumed ownership of Hopper Termite of Heber Springs.
Glenn is a long-standing member, past president, and active board member of the Arkansas Pest Management Association. He is also a member of the National Pest Management Association and is licensed by the Arkansas State Plant Board in termite and pest control.
A dedicated member of the First Baptist Church of Heber Springs, Glenn enjoys giving back to the Heber Springs community and spends his free time hunting, fishing, and dancing at the Folk Center.
Danny Hopper
COO
With nearly 50 years of experience in the pest management industry, Danny has dedicated his career to continuing the Hopper family legacy. He began learning the trade in 1978 at Hopper Termite Control in Mountain Home, Arkansas, working alongside his father. In 1990, Danny moved to Heber Springs, where he has continued to grow and serve the community through Hopper Termite & Pest Management.
Danny holds a license in termite control through the Arkansas Department of Agriculture and is a longtime member of the Arkansas Pest Management Association as well as an active member of the National Pest Management Association.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending time with his family—his wife, Rosemary; their children, Danielle and Shawn; and grandchildren, Amithest, Samuel, Lennex, and Emilie. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, camping, riding his motorcycle, and following NASCAR.
Danielle B.
CFO
Danielle is a third-generation member of the Hopper team. Growing up in Heber Springs, she was surrounded by the family business and inspired by her Dad, Grandpa, Aunt. After graduating from Heber Springs High School, Danielle attended college in North Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2010, she returned to Arkansas to continue the Hopper legacy and later received her MBA in Organizational Leadership from Harding University.
With more than 15 years of experience in the business, Danielle brings both tradition and fresh perspective to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, crocheting, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Jasun, and their two daughters, Lennex and Emilie.
Mike
Service manager
Mike began his career with Hopper Termite & Pest Management in 2004 and has been a dedicated part of the team for more than 21 years. Starting from the ground up, he has worked his way to the role of Service Manager, bringing extensive experience in both termite and pest control. Known for his drive, attention to detail, and leadership, Mike is a valued member of the Hopper team.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with his wife, Nikki, along with his family and friends.

Cindy joined the Hopper Termite & Pest Management team in 2021 and serves as our friendly office receptionist. She enjoys welcoming customers and helping keep the office running smoothly. Outside of work, Cindy loves spending time with her granddaughter, shopping, cooking, and is a scary movie enthusiast.

Shyanne has been part of the Hopper Termite & Pest Management team for over seven years. She oversees sales and marketing, helping connect customers with the services and solutions that best fit their needs. Outside of work, Shyanne enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their pup, Micco.

Kristy has been a valued part of Hopper Termite & Pest Management for over 20 years. With decades of experience and dedication, she oversees the billing and helps keep our operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Kristy is deeply devoted to serving others through recovery ministries, where she finds great purpose in helping people rebuild their lives.

Maddie joined the Hopper Termite & Pest Management team in 2025 as our termite contract specialist. She handles termite contracts for real estate transactions and manages other policy responsibilities. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her niece and nephews.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Jennifer joined the Hopper Termite & Pest Management team in 2022 and keeps our schedule running smoothly, making sure every appointment is in the right place at the right time. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband and kids.
