As a Service technician you will help protect homes, businesses, and the surrounding environment from unwanted pest using technology, products, and a variety equipment.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Service Technician who enjoys problem solving, helping others, working outdoors, physical and technical work, and building relationships with customers. This is a position where you have a chance to make a difference! We provide regular predictable hours, stable work year around. No Experience is necessary, full industry training is provided. starting pay is $27,040.00- $30,710.00 with opportunity to grow with experience.

Job Duties:
  • Inspecting houses for signs of termites or other organisms. This involves crawling in and under homes and in tight spaces.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Work and communicate well with other coworkers and office staff.
  • Develop and implement solutions for customers pest problems.
  • Applying chemicals in residential and commercial settings.
  • Recording inspection findings and materials used in detail with smartphone or tablet.
  • Properly maintain work vehicle, equipment and tools

Additional Information:

Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some Seasonal Saturdays when needed.

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Customer Support Specialist to join our team! The candidate must possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and computer and clerical proficiency. Additionally, the candidate must enjoy working with people and the public (customer service skills), be a team player, work well in a face paced environment, and be detail orientated.

Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Pay is competitive, based on experience. We offer a fun upbeat environment that is family oriented.

  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, rely messages and route calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of important client comments and interactions.
  • Build and maintain solid customer relationships by answering account questions, taking payments, and providing information about services and rates with professionalism
  • Use computer software to schedule appointments and assist preparing daily work schedules for multiple service technicians
  • Effectively use problem solving skills to appropriately and efficiently solve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and communicate with managers and technicians to resolve issues with scheduling and services.
  • Prepare customer mailings, and other administrative tasks/support.
  • Generate work orders and perform data entry
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned by management
  • Previous administrative and customer service experience desired
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Proficient with computer programs
  • Proficient at typing
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability and desire to learn about pest industry
